What is a flower essence? Flower essences are energetic medicine (as opposed to physical medicine). They are the energetic imprint of a flower in water and a preservative (typically alcohol, apple cider vinegar or glycerin).  Essences contain deep energetic medicine that facilitate shifts in emotional and mental states to encourage overall wellbeing and fortify the work we doing a session.

All flowers are from my garden or nearby neighborhood in Isleton, California and preserved in water and organic apple cider vinegar. 

Heart Seed Flower Essence

This 2 oz bottle contains reiki infused essences of western redbud blossom for calling joy and encouragement to the heart, almond blossom for cultivating a deeper connection to your soul and source, sour grass for allowing the process of your life to unfold with patience and presence, and California poppy to feed your heart seed by allowing your truth to be known, in organic apple cider vinegar and water.

We all have a need to be seen and praised. Use this essence for tending to and growing your heart seed (heart chakra, heart space) by honoring your power and your path. 

Inner Oracle Flower Essence

Courage Flower Essence 

This 2 oz bottle contains reiki infused essences of nectarine blossom for abundance of love for yourself and your environment, western redbud blossom, for childlike joy and excitement and prevents over-seriousness, strawberry blossom, for the strength to use your voice to be free and create change, and borage blooms for the courage to cease this brief time that are embodied!

These eye pillows smells amazing!

Each eye pillow is hand dyed with locally sourced plants, hand stamped with my “timelessness” logo to create a sense of ease when you lie down for meditation, relaxation or sleep. 

I created a mix of dried herbs of lavender, chamomile and damiana and a pinch of Himalayan salt for clearing and grounding  

Lavender is good for curbing anxiety, insomnia and depression. 

Chamomile is relaxing and uplifting to the nervous system. 

Damiana increases psychic abilities by relaxing, clarifying and focusing the mind and supports dreamwork. It is also a mild aphrodisiac. 

They are approximately 10” long and 3”wide  

Eye pillows may be one of our most powerful healing tools, especially when it comes to a balanced nervous system. Your vagus nerve is one of twelve cranial nerves that originates in the brain, travels down the back of the neck and into the chest and heart, and then moves down into the abdomen and digestive tract. Light pressure on the eyeballs lowers heart rate, sometimes by quite a bit, by eliciting what’s called the oculocardiac reflex. It also stimulates the vagus nerve. The vagus nerve has an extensive resume: It regulates heart rate and digestion, and it’s the primary medium through which our belly brain regulates mood.
